| SKILL | He / She should have thorough knowledge on codal provisions and modalities for inviting bids, receiving tenders, opening and further handling of tenders, CVC guidelines, the Cannons of Financial property, Statutory taxations and levies etc., as applicable to tenders and contracts. |
